Bullion Brother is a trusted online retailer specializing in precious metals and rare coins, including gold, silver, platinum, and copper products. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including the UK, Canada, and Australia. Please note that shipping costs, delivery times, and customs duties may vary by location. International shipping rates are calculated manually. To place an international order, select local pickup at checkout and email us at support@BullionBrother.com to get a shipping quote.

What are your shipping costs?

For U.S. orders: Standard direct shipping is $9.

For international orders: Shipping typically costs between $45 and $80 per 500oz for most locations.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of cleared payment and arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. International orders vary depending on the destination but usually take 7-14 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

What is "Warehouse Stock"?

Warehouse Stock means the item is available but not currently at our shipping facility. Items in warehouse stock are currently in a secured storage facility and take 5-10 additional days to be moved from secured storage to our order fulfillment department.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Bullion Brother are guaranteed authentic and sourced from trusted mints and refineries worldwide. Many of our items come with certificates of authenticity (COA) when provided by the mint. In addition to this, we test all incoming metals with the latest precious metals verification technology.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

Please note no matter which payment method you opt for you will be prompted for a credit/debit card to lock in your price, verify your identity, and in case of order cancellations to enforce our market loss and restocking policies. Your credit card will not be charged without your knowledge.

For Zelle payment you will select this option at checkout. For this option the payment wont be made at the time of check out rather you will need to go and manually send the payment from your Zelle app or banking app after the transaction. Once the order has been placed your sales receipt email will provide our Zelle information. Please be sure to make the Zelle payment within one business day of placing your order. If you have an issue with Zelle daily limit you can send the max each day until paid off within reason. Please send us an email at Support@BullionBrother.com if you are having Zelle limit issues so we can accommodate the payment schedule.

or Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders the sales receipt email will provide you with the address to send the check to. Or if you would like to use this method and were not provided with the address please let us know and we can send it to you directly. Be sure to mail your check within one business day of placing your order. Write your order number on the memo line of your check. Once your check is received, we will email you a Paid email. Please keep in mind, our insurance policy requires us to allow money orders/certified checks 3-5 business days to clear and personal/bank checks 5-7 business days to clear.

For Deluxe ECheck you will need to sign up on the website below and link your checking account. This process will take 2-3 days. Once set up you can email checks to anyone with an email account and they can print them off and deposit them like normal checks. This is the preferred method other than wire for larger amounts. It's also the primary method that dealers use between each other. The website is professional and secure. https://my.echecks.com/welcome

For larger transactions, wire transfer is always the best option. If you select wire transfer at time of checkout then our wire information will be emailed to you in your sales order receipt email. Please let us know via email if you would like to submit a wire transfer and cant locate our wire information.

lease note for PayPal and CC orders the delivery address needs to match the information provided by PayPal or the CC company.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. Whether you’re purchasing a single item or bulk quantities, we’re here to meet your needs.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to assist with our investigation.

What is your return policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we provide you the opportunity to return any product purchased from us for store credit, or exchange, less any market loss that may have occurred due to price changes.

If you are not happy with your order, contact our support team at Support@Bullionbrother.com within two (2) business days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping quote and advise you of any applicable market loss due to price changes that will be subtracted from your proceeds. After your authorization, we will issue your return label, and once the product is returned to us, we will proceed with issuing store credit, refund, or exchange as agreed.

All items must be in original packaging and original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product that does not reasonably meet these conditions. Any payment charges on the original order are not refundable. You are responsible for payment of return shipping & insurance costs, as well as any market loss. You accept liability for loss or damages on your returned items if you choose to ship your package through an alternate method and/or uninsured. Unapproved returns may be refused and returned to the sender. Refunds to a credit card or through PayPal will be charged a 4% restocking fee. We reserve the right to issue a refund if a suitable exchange is not available.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are discreetly packaged to ensure privacy and security. Products are securely sealed and padded to protect them during transit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status and delivery of your package.

Do you buy back precious metals?

Can I cancel my order?

All orders placed with us have a no cancellation policy. If you must cancel an order, a 10% restocking fee will be applied regardless of the order's status. You will also be charged for any market price increases.

Do you offer storage options?

Currently, we do not provide storage services. We recommend storing your metals in a secure, insured facility or safe.
